Best Western Travel Card is the perfect gift for small or special occations. One card- plenty of opportunities!  

It is a special gift which is guaranteed a success for the one who is giving away and for the one who is recieving. The reciever can decide when and where the card will be used. No extra fees as a delicious breakfast, taxes and fees are all included.

The travel card is pre-paid and can be loaded with units or money. If the Travel Card is loaded with money, it can be used at a Best Western hotel around the world to pay for room, restaurant or spa, run by the Best Western hotel. A Travel Card loaded with units can be used to pay for a room.

Where can I buy a Travel Card?
You can buy the Travel Card by going online and log onto www.travelcard.bestwestern.com, call our head office at +47 22 94 40 60 or send an e-mail to info@bestwestern.no. You choose which currency the amount should be in. 

How do I know the value of my card?
To know the value of the card or how much you have left, is easy. Either you go online and log onto: www.travelcard.bestwestern.com or call our head office at +47 22 94 40 60.

Can a guest pay the difference if there is not enough units/money left on the card?
Yes, a guest can pay USD/EUR if there is not enough money/units left on the card.

What happens if the Travel Card is stolen, damaged or lost?
Card that is lost, damaged or lost cannot be replaced. 

Where can a Best Western Travel Card be used?
Travel Card can be used at one of our 4000 Best Western hotels around the world. We have hotels in Europe, Asia, Caribien, Asia, North and South America and Canada.

How do you use a Travel Card?
When you check in, please present the Travel Card together with a personal credit card. The amount of the bill will be withdrawn from the Travel Card upon check-out.

Can you give away a Travel Card you did receive yourself?
Yes, when you have received or bought a Travel Card you are free to give it away to anyone. The card is not personal.

Can a Travel Card be used as a guarantee payment for a booking?
No, a Travel Card cannot be used as a guaranteed payment when you make the booking. You have to give your credit card details as well. 

Do you have to book a rom in advance if you wish to use the Travel Card?
If you have a Travel Card that is loaded with money you don't have to book in advance.
If you have a Travel Card that is loaded with units you need to book in advance since the room needs to be booked under a rate plan called Unit Rate Plan, this is to ensure that the hotel has the availability.  

Can the Travel Card be used together with other forms of payment?
Yes, if the total amount is larger than the amount you have on your Travel Card, than the differences in between can be paid in cash or with credit card.

How do you see how much you have left at the card?
The card holder keeps control on how much is left on the card. This can be done by going online and log onto travelcard.bestwestern.com or call our head office at +47 22 94 40 60.

How long is the Travel Card valid?
A Travel Card does not have an experation date  

What is the delivery method when ordering a Travel Card?
A Travel Card is sent by mail.

Is there any delivery cost?
Yes, if you order online than there will be additional delivery costs, but if you order through the head office, there will not be any delivery cost.

If you order a Travel Card, can you get a personal note card?
Yes, but only if you order online.

Will the reciever know how much the Travel Card cost?
The value of the card is not written on the card itself, but the value of the card will be written on the information letter that comes with the card.

Can a Travel Card be loaded with more money or units at the hotel?
No, not yet at the Best Western hotels in Norway, but if you make an enquiry to the head office, they can re-load the card again. 

Can a Travel Card that is loaded with money be loaded with units and vice versa?
No, a Travel Card can only be loaded with either money or units.

Can you recieve Rewards points or miles for the stay with a Travel Card?
Yes, you can get Rewards points or miles.
